豐澤推廣計劃條款及細則
   
一般條款及細則：
1. 推廣期由2012年7月1日至2012年9月30日（包括首天及最後一天）（「推廣期」）。
2. 客戶須以渣打銀行(香港)有限公司(「本行」)發行之信用卡，包括渣打信用卡、渣打聯營卡及渣打American Express® 卡(不包括渣打JOS Visa商務白金卡及渣打公司卡)(「適用信用卡」)簽賬方可享有優惠。
3. 優惠適用於香港之豐澤分店(香港國際機場分店及所有澳門分店除外)。
4. 優惠不可兌換現金，亦不可與其他優惠同時使用。
5. 優惠只適用於零售購物簽賬及免息分期付款。其他交易包括但不只限於網上購物、郵購、電話購物、沒有簽賬存根之交易及其他未經許可之簽賬均不適用。
6. 圖片及資料只供參考。
7. 客戶明白及接納所有產品/服務並非由本行所提供。因此，有關各項產品/服務的各方面（包括但不只限於質素及供應量），本行理應毋須負上任何法律責任。
8. 本行及豐澤保留隨時更改或終止以上優惠以及修訂條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議，本行及豐澤將保留最終決定權。
9. 中英文版本之內容如有歧義，一概以英文版為準。
   
現金回贈及抽獎推廣計劃(「推廣計劃」)之條款及細則：
1. 客戶須以適用信用卡於香港之豐澤分店作本地以港幣結算之單一購物簽賬或免息分期付款(總免息分期付款金額)滿HK$2,000或以上(「合資格單一簽賬」)方可參加推廣計劃。
2. 只有本地以港幣結算之購物簽賬及總免息分期付款金額方適用於本推廣計劃。其他交易包括但不只限於網上購物、郵購、電話購物、自動轉賬、各分期付款計劃之每月供款、「月結單分期」計劃之供款及手續費、沒有簽賬存根之交易及其他未經許可之簽賬均不適用於推廣計劃。所有取消、退款、偽造或未誌賬的交易，均不會計算在簽賬金額內。
3. 客戶須於推廣期的首天(早上9時起)至最後一天(下午11時59分前)致電登記熱線1836 369或登入www.standardchartered.com.hk，登記其適用信用卡賬戶，方可參加推廣計劃。成功登記之客戶於完成登記時將獲發一個參考編號。
4. 於推廣期內(以月結單上的交易日期計算，及所有合資格單一簽賬須於推廣期內已誌賬)，客戶可根據其成功登記的適用信用卡的合資格單一簽賬金額獲贈下列指定金額之現金回贈。憑HK$2,000至HK$3,999的簽賬存根可獲贈HK$50現金回贈；HK$4,000至HK$6,999的簽賬存根可獲贈HK$100現金回贈 ；HK$7,000至HK$9,999的簽賬存根可獲贈HK$200現金回贈 ；而HK$10,000或以上的簽賬存根則可獲贈HK$500現金回贈。
5. 每個成功登記的適用信用卡賬戶每月最多可獲贈HK$500現金回贈，於整個推廣期內最多可獲贈HK$1,500現金回贈 (定義見下列圖表) 。適用信用卡主卡及附屬卡之簽賬將會合併計算。

6. 透過此推廣計劃所獲贈之現金回贈將於2012年11月30日或之前存入客戶之有關適用信用卡賬戶並顯示於月結單上。
7. 已登記的客戶單一簽賬滿HK$2,000或以上，可自動獲享參加一次抽獎的資格，每星期各一位幸運兒(推廣期內逢星期日至星期六)，每位得獎者可獲贈Priceline® HK$5,000旅遊禮券(共13份)(「獎品」)，此優惠須根據獎品換領信上所列之條款及細則約束。分單交易恕不接受。
8. 得獎者透過電腦隨機抽出，得獎結果將於2012年11月30日或之前於www.standardchartered.com.hk公佈。獎品換領信將於推廣期後2個月內以郵寄方式寄至合資格客戶的指定信用卡賬戶之通訊地址。
9. 客戶如在推廣期後2個月仍未收妥獎品換領信，須通知渣打銀行(香港)有限公司(「本行」)；否則，本行恕不承擔有關責任，也不會作任何賠償。
10. 客戶有關之適用信用卡賬戶必須於存入現金回贈或所獲贈之獎品換領信寄出時仍為有效及信用狀況良好；否則，本行有權取消有關獎賞。現金回贈不可作現金透支提取，亦不得轉換、轉讓及不可用作繳付信用卡結欠。
11. 本行將經電腦核實客戶之信用卡交易紀錄，方確定客戶於推廣計劃獲享現金回贈/獎品之資格。若簽賬存根印載的資料與本行存檔紀錄不符，將以本行存檔紀錄為準。
12. 如客戶於獲贈現金回贈/獎品後取消用作計算推廣計劃的任何有關簽賬，本行有權從客戶有關之適用信用卡賬戶內扣除現金回贈/相等於該獎品之金額而毋須另行通知。
13. 客戶必須保留有關之交易單據及信用卡簽賬存根正本以作核對之用。如有任何爭議，客戶必須提供有關之交易單據及簽賬存根正本，以便本行作進一步調查。所有已遞交之有關文件將不獲發還。
 
Terms and Conditions of FORTRESS Promotion
   
General Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion period is from 1 July 2012 to 30 September 2012 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. To be eligible for the offers, Cardholders are required to settle payment with credit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”), including Standard Chartered Credit Card, Standard Chartered Co-branded Card and Standard Chartered American Express® Card (except Standard Chartered JOS Visa Platinum Card and Corporate Card)(the “Applicable Credit Card”).
3. The offers are valid for FORTRESS outlets in Hong Kong (except outlets in Hong Kong International Airport and all outlets in Macau).
4. The offers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
5. Only retail purchase and instalment transaction are eligible for the offers. Other transactions including, without limitation, online purchases, mail and telephone orders, other transactions without sales slip and any unauthorized transaction are not eligible for the offers.
6. Photos and product details are for reference only.
7. Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the products/services purchased. The Bank shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality and the supply.
8. The Bank and FORTRESS reserve the right to alter or terminate the offer and amend the terms and conditions at any time. All matters or disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Bank and FORTRESS.
9. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
   
Terms and Conditions of Cash Rebate and Lucky Draw Promotion (the “Promotion”):
1. To be eligible for the Promotion, Cardholders are required to make local retail purchase or instalment transaction (the principal of interest-free instalment plan in Hong Kong currency) based on a single transaction of HK$2,000 or above at FORTRESS outlets in Hong Kong (“Eligible Single Transaction”) with the Applicable Credit Card.
2. Only local retail purchases and the principal of Interest-free Instalment Plan in Hong Kong currency are eligible for the Promotion. Other transactions including, without limitation, online purchases, mail and telephone orders, autopay, billed monthly instalment of interest-free instalment plans, any respective handling fee and repayment amount of Statement Instalment Plan, other transactions without sales slip and any unauthorized transaction are not eligible for this Promotion. Any unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified transactions are also excluded.
3. To be eligible for the Promotion, Cardholders are required to register their Applicable Credit Card account via the registration hotline 1836 369 or online at www.standardchartered.com.hk anytime between 9:00am of the first day and 11:59pm of the last day of the Promotion Period. Cardholders will be given a reference number upon successful registration of the Promotion.
4. During the Promotion Period (based on the transaction date shown on the monthly statement and all Eligible Single Transactions should be posted within the Promotion Period), Cardholder will be entitled to receive a designated amount of Cash Rebate based on the single transaction amount with the registered Applicable Credit Card. Cardholders can receive HK$50 Cash Rebate upon spending HK$2,000 to HK$3,999; receive HK$100 Cash Rebate upon spending HK$4,000 to HK$6,999; receive HK$200 Cash Rebate upon spending HK$7,000 to HK$9,999; and receive HK$500 Cash Rebate upon spending HK$10,000 or above.
5. Each registered Applicable Credit Card account is entitled to a maximum of HK$500 Cash Rebate per month, and subject to a cap of HK$1,500 Cash Rebate per account throughout the Promotion Period as defined in table below. Transactions made by the Principal and Supplementary Cardholders of the same Applicable Credit Card account will be counted collectively.

6. The Cash Rebate offered under this Promotion will be credited to the respective Applicable Credit Card account on or before 30 November 2012 and will be shown in monthly statement.
7. Registered Cardholders can enter a Lucky Draw once upon single transaction of HK$2,000 or above. One winner will be drawn each week (Every week from Sunday to Saturday during the promotion period). Each lucky draw winner can get a set of Priceline® HK$5,000 travel cash voucher (a total of 13 sets) (“Gift”) and the offer is subject to additional terms and conditions shown on the gift redemption letter. Split transaction is not accepted.
8. Winners will be randomly generated by computer and the result will be announced on or before 30 November 2012 via www.standardchartered.com.hk. The gift redemption letter will be mailed to the correspondence address of the winner by ordinary post.
9. Cardholders shall notify Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) if they do not receive the gift redemption letter 2 months after the Promotion Period; otherwise, the Bank accepts no liability and will not be liable for any compensation.
10. The relevant credit card account must be valid and in good financial standing at the time of dispatching the gift redemption letter or the Cash Rebate is to be credited; otherwise the offer will be forfeited. The Cash Rebate amount cannot be drawn as cash advance, is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot offset credit card payment.
11. The Bank will verify the transaction record to confirm Cardholders’ eligibility under the Promotion. In case of discrepancy between the Bank’s computer record and details recorded on the credit card sales slips, the Bank’s computer record shall prevail.
12. If Cardholder has cancelled any related transaction which had been included in calculating for the Promotion after the receipt of the Cash Rebate/Gift, the Bank has the right to debit the Cash Rebate or the equivalent value of the Gift as an administration fee from the Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card Account without further notice.
13. Cardholders are required to keep the original credit card sales slips for inspection. In case of disputes, Cardholders are required to present the relevant original sales receipt(s) and credit card sales slip(s) for further investigation by the Bank. All relevant documents submitted to the Bank will not be returned.
