渣打信用卡網上簽賬推廣計劃 (「推廣計劃」)之條款及細則
   
(A) 一般條款及細則:
1. 除特別註明外，整個推廣期由2012年9月15日至11月14日 (包括首、尾兩天)（「推廣期」)。
2. 此推廣計劃(下列條款E除外)適用於以下所列由渣打銀行（香港）有限公司(「本行」)發出之信用卡主卡及附屬卡持有人（「客戶」）。此推廣計劃只適用於所有有效的渣打信用卡、渣打聯營卡或渣打American Express®卡(「合資格適用信用卡」) 。渣打銀聯雙幣白金信用卡、渣打JOS Visa商務白金卡及渣打公司卡不適用於此推廣計劃。
3. 客戶於推廣期內，須以合資格信用卡作網上簽賬方可享此推廣計劃，網上簽賬將以MasterCard International Incorporated/ VISA 所定為準（「合資格簽賬」）。合資格簽賬不包括商戶的門市零售簽賬、電話訂購、郵購及網上賬單繳款。同時，所有未誌賬／取消／退款／偽造／未經許可的交易均不適用於此推廣計劃。
4. 除特別註明外，此優惠不可與任何其他推廣優惠同時使用。
5. 於存入所獲贈之現金回贈時，客戶之合資格信用卡必須仍然有效、無拖欠任何信用卡賬項及信用狀況良好。現金回贈不可作現金透支提取，亦不得轉換、轉讓及不可用作繳付信用卡結欠。
6. 本行將核實交易紀錄以決定客戶是否享有此推廣計劃之優惠。若簽賬存根印載的資料與本行存檔紀錄不符，將以本行存檔紀錄為準。
7. 如客戶獲贈現金回贈後取消任何相關之簽賬，本行有權從客戶之合資格適用信用卡戶口內扣除相等於該取消簽賬所獲現金回贈之金額，而毋須另行通知。
8. 本行並非此推廣計劃內產品/服務之供應商。有關於各項產品/服務（包括但不只限於質素及供應量），本行毋須負上任何法律責任。有關各項產品/服務之詳情，請參考受有關商戶之條款及細則。
9. 本行保留更改或終止此推廣計劃以及修訂條款、細則及合資格交易之權利。如有任何爭議，本行將保留最終決定權。
10. 中英文版本之內容如有歧義，概以英文版本為準。
   
(B) 網上消費高達10%現金回贈條款及細則：
1. 優惠期分為兩階段：第1階段由2012年9月15日至10月14日(包括首、尾兩天)；第2階段由2012年10月15日至11月14日(包括首、尾兩天)。
2. 客戶須於推廣期的首天(上午0時0分起)至最後一天(晚上11時59分前)登入standardchartered.com.hk，登記其合資格信用卡，方可獲享現金回贈。本推廣只適用於首50,000位成功登記之合資格信用卡客戶。成功登記之客戶於完成登記時將獲發一個參考編號。客戶於推廣期內只需登記其合資格適用信用卡一次。
3. 推廣期內，已登記之客戶可獲享指定3%或10%之現金回贈百分率將根據每階段累積簽賬金額計算。合資格信用卡主卡及附屬卡之簽賬將會合併計算。

4. 現金回贈將以合資格簽賬金額乘以指定之現金回贈百分率計算。現金回贈金額將計算至小數位後兩個位的港元為單位。合資格簽賬金額將以扣除國泰假期有限公司的即時折扣優惠(見下列條款C)及The Grand之8折電影戲票優惠(見下列條款D)後的簽賬額計算。
5. 此推廣計劃兩個階段所獲贈之現金回贈，將於2013年1月31日或以前存入客戶已登記之合資格信用卡賬戶內並顯示於信用卡月結單上。其他不計算為合資格簽賬之每階段累積簽賬金額（「累積簽賬」）均不可享現金回贈優惠。每階段及整個推廣期之最高回贈現金回贈金額分別列於上表。
6. 累積簽賬包括以已登記之合資格信用卡於推廣期內所作之本地及海外零售購物簽賬、網上購物、現金透支及免息分期付款計劃之總金額(以月結單上之交易日期為準)。其他交易包括但不只限於電話購物、郵購、自動轉賬、繳交公共事務費用、保費、八達通自動增值、手續費、年費、逾期費用、超額費用、利息/財務費用、結餘轉賬之金額及利息、「兌現年息優惠」計劃之金額及利息/手續費、「兌現分期」或「月結單分期」計劃之供款及利息/手續費、網上繳款、兌換籌碼及繳稅金額均不適用於此推廣計劃。
7. 客戶必須保留有關之交易紀錄以本行作核對合資格簽賬及累積簽賬之用。交易紀錄包括但不只限於商戶簽賬存根正本、信用卡簽賬存根及/或附有參考編號的網上購物確認電郵。如有任何爭議，客戶必須提供有關之交易紀錄，以便本行作進一步調查。所有已遞交之有關文件將不獲發還。
   
(C) 國泰假期有限公司旅遊套票即時折扣優惠推廣計劃條款及細則：
1. 購買日本及台灣任何地點之經濟客位旅遊套票可享每位HK$100即時折扣優惠 (「即時折扣優惠」）。
2. 客戶需於推廣期內以合資格適用信用卡於www.cxholidays.com訂購方可享有即時折扣優惠。
   
(D) The Grand 網上購票優惠推廣計劃條款及細則：
1. 於推廣期內, 客戶於網上購買正價電影戲票可獲8折優惠。優惠不適用於包場、早場、長者/學生/小童戲票。
2. 8折電影戲票優惠不適用於與片主有特別協議之電影。
3. 客戶須自行繳付因片長關係而額外加收之費用。
4. 客戶每次最多可享6張正價戲票8折優惠。
5. 客戶於www.thegrandcinema.com.hk購買戲票，每2張戲票可獲贈免費爆谷1客。
6. 免費爆谷優惠可與正價戲票8折優惠同時使用。
7. 獲贈之免費爆谷不可兌換現金。
8. 免費獲贈爆谷優惠只適用於網上購票，不適用於戲院票房購票及電話購票。
9. 客戶於提取門票時將同時獲發免費爆谷換領劵。爆谷換領之有效日期列印於爆谷換領劵上。
   
(E) 渣打信用卡Breeze Good Life應用程式agnès b. DÉLICES推廣計劃之條款及細則：
1. 優惠期由2012年9月15日至2012年10月31日。
2. 此推廣計劃名額為首3,000名，先到先得，售完即止。
3. 客戶須以渣打銀行(香港)有限公司發行之信用卡簽賬方可享有優惠，適用之信用卡包括渣打信用卡、渣打聯營卡及渣打American Express®卡、MANHATTAN信用卡或MANHATTAN聯營卡(不包括渣打JOS Visa商務白金卡及渣打公司卡) （「Breeze Good Life 合資格信用卡」）。
4. 客戶下載Breeze Good Life iPhone應用程式，於捉紙鳶遊戲捕捉到agnès b. DÉLICES的紙鳶，到下列指定agnès b. DÉLICES門市將agnès b. DÉLICES的優惠畫面顯示給職員，即可享香濃黑朱古力雪糕買1送1優惠。優惠不可與其他優惠一併使用。：

Terms and Conditions of Standard Chartered Credit Card Online Shopping Promotion (the “Promotion”)
   
(A) General Terms and Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from 15 September 2012 to 14 November 2012 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2. To be eligible for the Promotion (except for the promotion set out in section (E) below), cardholders are required to settle payment with credit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"), including Standard Chartered Credit Card, Standard Chartered Co-branded Card and Standard Chartered American Express® Card (excluding Standard Chartered UnionPay Dual Currency Platinum Credit Card, Standard Chartered JOS Visa Platinum Card and Corporate Card) (the "Applicable Credit Card").
3. To be eligible for the Promotion, cardholders are required to settle payment with Applicable Credit Cards for retail purchases made via the internet which we consider an online transaction based on codes assigned by MasterCard International Incorporated/ VISA ("Eligible Transaction Amount"). Eligible Transaction Amount shall not include the payment made via point of sale, telephone, mail order or online bill payments. Other payments not regarded as Eligible Transaction Amount include unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified and any unauthorized transaction amount.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
5. The Applicable Credit Card account must be valid, non-delinquent and in good financial standing when the cash rebate is credited. The cash rebate amount cannot be drawn as cash advance, is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot offset against credit card payment.
6. The Bank may verify transaction record to confirm the cardholders' eligibility for the Promotion. In case of discrepancy between the Bank's computer records and details recorded on the credit card sales slip, the Bank's computer records shall prevail.
7. If after the Bank has credited the cash rebate to a cardholder’s credit card account for transaction(s) which is subsequently cancelled, the Bank may debit the amount equivalent to the value of the cash rebate in connection with the cancelled transaction(s) from the relevant credit card account without further notice.
8. The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services purchased in connection with the Promotion. The Bank shall have no liability relating to any aspect of the products/services purchased, including without limitation, their quality and the supply. The use of the products/ services supplied by the merchants shall be subject to the terms and conditions as set out by the merchant(s).
9. The Bank reserves the right to alter or terminate the Promotion and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and to decide on the eligibility of any transaction (at its sole discretion) for the Promotion. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
10. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
   
(B) Terms and Conditions of up to 10% cash rebate for online spending promotion:
1. The Promotion Period is divided into 2 phases: first phase is from 15 September to 14 October 2012 (both dates inclusive) and second phase is from 15 October to 14 November 2012 (both dates inclusive).
2. To be eligible for the Promotion, cardholders must register their respective Applicable Credit Card accounts via standardchartered.com.hk anytime between 00:00 on the first day and 23:59 on the last day of the Promotion Period. Only first 50,000 successfully registered Applicable Credit Cards will be eligible for the Promotion. Cardholders will be given a reference number upon successful registration. Cardholders are required to register once only to participate in both phases of the Promotion.
3. During the Promotion Period, registered cardholders will be entitled to receive a designated cash rebate of 3% or 10% as set out in the table below depending on the Accumulated Spending Amount (defined below) of each phase. Transactions/Payment(s) made by the principal and supplementary cardholder(s) of the same Applicable Credit Card account will be calculated collectively.

4. The applicable cash rebate amount will be calculated by multiplying the Eligible Transaction Amount by the corresponding designated cash rebate percentage and will be credited to the Applicable Credit Card account. Cash rebate amount will be rounded up to the nearest 2 decimal places in Hong Kong Dollar. The Eligible Transaction Amount will be calculated based on the nett transaction amount after the Instant Discount Offer by Cathay Holidays Limited (defined in section C below) and 20% off tickets offer at The Grand (defined in section D below). Any Accumulated Spending Amount that is not classified as Eligible Transaction Amount will not be entitled to the cash rebate. The cash rebate amount any cardholder is entitled to is subject to the maximum cash rebate amount that set out in the table above.
5. Cash rebate of both phases will be credited to the respective Applicable Credit Card account on or before 31 January 2013 and will be shown in monthly Credit Card statements.
6. Accumulated Spending Amount includes retail purchases (including both local and overseas transactions), internet purchase, cash advance and principal of Interest-free Instalment Plan  made with the Applicable Credit Card Account in each phase during the Promotion Period (based on the transaction date shown on the monthly statement). Other transactions including but not limited to phone order, mail order, auto payment, utilities bill, insurance payment, Octopus Automatic Add-Value amount, handling fee, annual fee, past due charges, overlimit charges, interest/finance charges, balance transfer amount and interests, "Credit-to-Cash" Preferential Annual Rate Program amount and interests/handling fee, "Instalment Credit" Plan or "Statement Instalment Plan" monthly instalment amount and interest/handling fee, online bill payment, casino chip exchange and tax payment are not eligible for this Promotion.
7. Cardholders are required to keep the transaction record including but not limited to the original merchant receipts, credit card sales slips and/or confirmation email with online transaction reference number, etc. for inspection upon request by the Bank. In case of disputes, cardholders are required to submit the relevant transaction records for further verification by the Bank. All relevant documents submitted to the Bank will not be returned.
   
(C) Terms and Conditions of Travel Package Instant Discount Offer at Cathay Holidays Limited:
1. Subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the merchant, HK$100 discount per person for Economy Class package may be offered instantly to travel packages to all cities in Japan and Taiwan only (the “Instant Discount Offer”)
2. During the Promotion Period, cardholders are required to pay for the travel package(s) with the Applicable Credit Card when booking via www.cxholidays.com to enjoy the Instant Discount Offer.
   
(D) Terms and Conditions of Online Booking Privileges at The Grand:
1. During the Promotion Period, cardholders pay for movie ticket(s) with the Applicable Credit Card at the website of The Grand will be entitled to 20% off on regular-priced movie ticket except for house booking, Senior/Student/Child tickets.
2. Ticket discount is not applicable for films having special arrangements with film distributors.
3. Cardholders are required to bear the additional charges due to the long duration of specific films.
4. Cardholders can purchase a maximum of 6 regular-priced movie tickets with 20% off for each purchase.
5. Cardholders can enjoy 1 free popcorn with purchase of every 2 movie tickets via www.thegrandcinema.com.hk.
6. Free popcorn offer may be used in conjunction with 20% off on movie ticket offer.
7. The free popcorn cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. Free popcorn offer are applicable to online booking only, not applicable to the purchase made at cinema box office and phone booking.
9. A redemption ticket will be issued to cardholder when picking up movie tickets from the ticketing machine. Redemption of the free popcorn is valid on the date that specified on the redemption ticket only.
   
(E) Terms and Conditions of Breeze Good Life iPhone App x agnès b. DÉLICES Promotion:
1. The promotion is valid from 15 September 2012 to 31 October 2012 (both dates inclusive).
2. This offer is limited to 1st 3,000 pieces. First come first served.
3. To be eligible for this promotion, Cardholders are required to settle payment with credit cards issued by the Bank, including Standard Chartered Credit Card, Standard Chartered Co-branded Card, Standard Chartered American Express® Card (excluding MANHATTAN Credit Card, Standard Chartered JOS Visa Platinum Card and Corporate Card) (the "Applicable Credit Card for Breeze Good Life").
