Terms and Conditions of the Standard Chartered Platinum Credit Card HK$5,000 PARKnSHOP Gift Coupons Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”): 1. The promotion period is from now until 30 June 2011 ("Promotion Period"). 2. Customers who answer the questions under standardchartered.com.hk/platinumluckydraw correctly during the Promotion Period will be entitled to 1 lucky draw entry to earn a chance to win HK$5,000 worth of PARKnSHOP Gift Coupons ("Lucky Draw Prize"). 3. Lucky Draw will be conducted within one month after the Promotion Period and the total number of winners will be limited at 2. 4. Each customer will only be entitled to one Lucky Draw entry. If customers participate for more than once, customer’s first participation based on the record of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Bank") will be counted. 5. The Bank will notify the Lucky Draw winners within 2 months after the Promotion Period. 6. To be entitled for the Lucky Draw Prize, customer must be a holder of Standard Chartered Platinum Credit Card. 7. The Lucky Draw Prize is not transferable, returnable or redeemable for cash.  The Bank reserves the right to offer an alternative gift as replacement in case of shortage. 8. Staffs of the Bank are not applicable to the Lucky Draw. 9. The Bank reserves the right to terminate the Lucky Draw Program and to vary or modify any of the Lucky Draw Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. In case of dispute, the Bank’s decision shall be final and binding. 10. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
