渣打「優先理財」/渣打醫管局「優先理財」/渣打Visa Infinite信用卡推廣計劃”( 「計劃」) 由渣打銀行(香港)有限公司(「本行」)於2012年12月1日至2013年3月31日提供予渣打「優先理財」信用卡、渣打醫管局「優先理財」信用卡及Visa Infinite信用卡(「適用信用卡」)之客戶(「客戶」)。 |

整個推廣期由2012年12月1日至2013年3月31日(「推廣期」),並包括2012年12月5日至2013年1月31日之登記階段(「登記階段」),及根據首次成功登記日期(「成功登記日期」)之月份首日起計算連續三個月之簽帳階段 (「簽帳階段」) 。 |

客戶須於簽帳階段內每月零售簽賬(「累積簽賬」,定義見下列條款9)滿HK$18,000或HK$40,000以上(「每月零售簽賬金額」),方可獲享「亞洲萬里通」里數(“獎賞”)。

客戶須於2013年1月31日(晚上11時59分前)於www.standardchartered.com.hk/asiamiles登記其適用信用卡賬戶並且提供有效之「亞洲萬里通」會員資料,方可參與此計劃。成功登記之客戶於完成登記時將獲發一個參考編號。如客戶有多於一張的適用信用卡賬戶,客戶須分別登記適用信用卡賬戶,該信用卡賬戶方可享有獎賞。 |

若合資格客戶於2013年2月28日或之前符合簽帳條件,獎賞將於2013年6月30日或之前自動存入合資格客戶所提供之「亞洲萬里通」賬戶。若合資格客戶於2013年3月31日或之前符合簽帳條件,獎賞將於2013年8月31日或之前自動存入合資格客戶所提供之「亞洲萬里通」賬戶。若客戶於首次成功登記時未能提供有效之「亞洲萬里通」會員資料,本行將根據客戶應獲取之獎賞,提供等值積分自動存入合資格客戶之信用卡賬戶。獲取30,000「亞洲萬里通」里數之客戶將獲取210,000積分,獲取12,200「亞洲萬里通」里數之客戶將獲取75,000積分。 |

合資格客戶須於2013年6月30日或之前於信用卡戶口內有足夠之積分,本行將扣除108,000積分以兌換7,200「亞洲萬里通」里數或240,000積分以兌換16,000「亞洲萬里通」里數。如合資格客戶帳戶內有足夠積分,本行將自動扣除上述積分並兌換「亞洲萬里通」里數,並自動存入合資格客戶所提供之「亞洲萬里通」賬戶。 |
8. |
有關之適用信用卡戶口必須於存入獎賞時仍為有效及信用狀況良好,方可享有此計劃。若持卡人曾未能於有關之適用信用卡戶口之月結單上列明的繳款日期或之前繳付最低還款額,本行保留不給予獎賞之權利。 |
9. |
累積簽賬包括以適用信用卡於簽帳階段內所作之本地及海外零售簽賬、網上購物及已誌賬之信用卡免息分期之每月供款(以顯示於月結單上之交易日期計算)。其他交易均不適用於此計劃,包括但不只限於現金透支、郵購、電話購物、自動轉賬、繳交公共事務費用、保費、八達通自動增值、手續費、年費、逾期費用、超額費用、利息/財務費用、結餘轉賬之金額及利息、「兌現年息優惠」計劃之金額及利息/手續費、「兌現分期」或「月結單分期」計劃之供款及利息/手續費、網上繳款、兌換籌碼及繳稅金額。所有未誌賬/取消/退款/偽造/未經許可的交易均不適用於此計劃。 |

有關「優先理財」客戶之服務及優惠,請參閱相關條款及細則。 |
11. |
除特別註明外,此優惠不可與任何其他推廣優惠同時使用。 |
12. |
本行將經電腦核實客戶之適用信用卡交易記錄,方確定客戶於此計劃獲享獎賞之資格。若簽賬存根印載的資料與本行存檔記錄不符,將以本行存檔記錄為準。 |
13. |
如客戶於獲贈獎賞後取消用作計算有關任何此計劃之簽賬,本行有權從客戶之適用信用卡戶口內扣除相等於該獎賞之金額,而毋須另行通知。 |
14. |
客戶必須保留有關之交易單據及信用卡簽賬存根正本以作核對之用。如有任何爭議,客戶必須提供有關之交易單據及簽賬存根正本,以便本行作進一步調查。所有已遞交之有關文件將不獲發還。 |
15. |
客戶明白及接納所有產品/服務並非由本行所提供。因此,有關各項產品/服務的各方面(包括但不只限於質素及供應量),本行理應毋須負上任何法律責任。 |
16. |
每次兌換「亞洲萬里通」里數,持卡人須繳付HK$300手續費。本行將豁免本次計劃的手續費。 |

18. |

Standard Chartered Priority Banking/ Hospital Authority Priority Banking /Visa Infinite Credit Card Spending Promotion Terms and Condition |

The Standard Chartered Priority Banking/ Hospital Authority Priority Banking/ Visa Infinite Credit Card Spending Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Bank”) to the Cardholders (”Cardholders”) of Standard Chartered Priority Banking Credit Card, Standard Chartered Hospital Authority Priority Banking Credit Card and Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Card (“Applicable Credit Card”) starting from 1 December 2012 to 31 March 2013 upon the following terms and conditions. |

The promotion period is from 1 December 2012 to 31 March 2013 (“Promotion Period”). Including registration period from 5 December to 31 January 2013 (“Registration Period”) and spending period of consecutive 3 months starting from the registration month (“Spending Period”) subject to Cardholders’ first successful registration date (“Successful Registration Date”). |

To be eligible for Asia Miles (“Rewards”), Cardholders are required to have accumulated transactions (“Accumulated Transactions”, details in clause 9) of HK$18,000 or HK$40,000 or above (“Monthly Retail Spending Amount”) in each month within the Spending Period from the month of Successful Registration Date.

To be eligible for the Promotion, Cardholders must register their respective Applicable Credit Card accounts and provide their Asia Miles™ information via www.standardchartered.com.hk/asiamiles on or before 11:59pm of 31 January 2013. Cardholders will be given a reference number upon successful registration. If the customer has more than one Applicable Credit Card accounts, customers are required to register for each account respectively to enjoy the Rewards for each account. |

Cardholders will be entitled to the Rewards for meeting the Monthly Retail Spending Amount.

For eligible customers who register valid Asia Miles information and fulfill Monthly Retail Spending Amount by 28 February 2013, Rewards will be credited to Eligible Cardholder’s respective Asia Miles account on or before 30 June 2013. For eligible customers who register valid Asia Miles information and meet the Monthly Retail Spending Amount by 31 March 2013, Rewards will be credited to Eligible Cardholder’s respective Asia Miles account on or before 31 August 2013. If Cardholders fail to provide valid Asia Miles information at first successful registration, the Bank will credit the 75,000 Points to the Cardholders entitled to 12,200 Asia Miles or 210,000 Points to the Cardholders entitled to 30,000 Asia Miles. |

Eligible cardholders are required to keep 108,000 or 240,000 Points in an amount equivalent for redeeming 7,200 Asia Miles or 16,000 Asia Miles respectively on or before 30 June 2013 when the Rewards is to be credited to Eligible Cardholder’s respective Asia Miles account. |
8. |
To be eligible for the Promotion, the Applicable Credit Card account must be valid and in good financial standing at the time when entitled Rewards offered under the relevant Promotion is credited to the Cardholders. The Bank reserves the right to refuse to credit or honour any Rewards if the relevant Cardholder fails once or more to pay on or before the relevant due date any Minimum Payment Due under the Applicable Credit Card. |
9. |
Accumulated Transactions include local and overseas retail purchase transactions, internet order and instalment amount of the Interest-free Instalment Plan that is charged to the Applicable Credit Card accounts during the Spending Period (based on the transaction date shown on the monthly statement). Other transactions are not eligible for the Promotion, including but not limited to cash advance, mail order, phone order, auto payment, utilities bill, insurance payment, Octopus Automatic Add-Value amount, handling fee, annual fee, past due charges, overlimit charges, interest/finance charges, balance transfer amount and interests, “Credit-to-Cash” Preferential Annual Rate Program amount and interests/handling fee, “Instalment Credit Plan” or “Statement Instalment Plan” monthly instalment amount and interest/handling fee, online bill payment, casino chip exchange and tax payment. Any unposted/cancelled/refunded/falsified and any unauthorized transactions are also excluded from the Promotion. |
10. |
Separate terms and conditions may apply for Priority Banking services/ products, please refer to relevant marketing materials and terms and conditions. |
11. |
Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers. |
12. |
The Bank will verify transaction record to confirm Cardholders’ eligibility for the Promotion. In case of discrepancy between the Bank’s computer record and details recorded on the credit card sales slip, the Bank’s computer record shall prevail. |
13. |
If Cardholders have cancelled any related transactions which had been included in calculating for the Promotion after the Rewards has been credited to the Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card accounts, the Bank has the right to debit the amount equivalent to the value of Rewards from the Applicable Credit Card accounts without further notice. |
14. |
Cardholders are required to keep the relevant original sales receipts and credit card sales slips for inspection upon request by the Bank. In case of disputes, Cardholders are required to submit the relevant original sales receipt(s) and credit card sales slip(s) for further investigation by the Bank. All relevant documents submitted to the Bank will not be returned. |
15. |
Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the products/services purchased. The Bank shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality and the supply. |
16. |
A handling fee of HK$300 will be charged for each redemption of Asia Miles via 360o Rewards Platform. The bank will waive the handling charge of the redemption for this Promotion. |

18. |
The Bank reserves the right to alter or terminate the Promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final. |

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
