MANHATTAN信用卡淘寶網®高達5%現金回贈及100%現金回贈抽獎推廣計劃條款及細則（「此推廣計劃」）:
(A) 一般條款及細則：
1.	整個推廣期由2012年7月6日至8月31日 (包括首、尾兩天)（「推廣期」)。
2.	此推廣計劃適用於以下所列由渣打銀行（香港）有限公司(「本行」)發出之信用卡主卡及附屬卡持有人（「客戶」）。此推廣計劃只適用於所有MANHATTAN信用卡或MANHATTAN聯營卡(「合資格適用信用卡」) 。
3.	客戶須於推廣期的首天(早上9時起)至最後一天(晚上11時59分前)登入manhattancard.com，登記其合資格適用信用卡賬戶，方可獲享高達5%現金回贈及合資格參加100%現金回贈抽獎活動。成功登記之客戶於完成登記時將獲發一個參考編號。
4.	客戶於推廣期內，須以合資格適用信用卡於淘寶網®平台(www.taobao.com)作購物簽賬，方可享有此推廣計劃的優惠（「合資格簽賬」）。所有未誌賬／取消／退款／偽造／未經許可的交易均不適用於此推廣計劃。本行保留最終詮釋合資格簽賬的權利。
5.	成功於條款3所述途徑登記之客戶，將可同時參與此推廣計劃內之高達5%現金回贈及100%現金回贈抽獎活動。
6.	客戶需持有已登記及確認的VISA驗證或MasterCard® SecureCode™方可完成整個合資格簽賬。
7.	除特別註明外，此優惠不可與任何其他推廣優惠同時使用。
8.	客戶有關之合資格適用信用卡賬戶必須於存入所獲贈之現金回贈時仍為有效，無拖欠任何信用卡賬項及信用狀況良好，方可享有現金回贈。現金回贈不可作現金透支提取，亦不得轉換、轉讓及不可用作繳付信用卡結欠。
9.	本行將經電腦核實客戶之合資格適用信用卡交易紀錄，方確定客戶於此推廣計劃獲享現金回贈之資格。若簽賬存根印載的資料與本行存檔紀錄不符，將以本行存檔紀錄為準。
10.	如客戶於獲贈現金回贈後取消用作計算有關任何此推廣計劃之簽賬，本行有權從客戶之合資格適用信用卡戶口內扣除相等於該現金回贈之金額，而毋須另行通知。
11.	客戶明白及接納所有產品/服務並非由本行所提供。因此，有關各項產品/服務的各方面（包括但不只限於質素及供應量），本行理應毋須負上任何法律責任。
12.	本行保留隨時更改或終止此推廣計劃以及修訂條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議，本行將保留最終決定權。
13.	中英文版本之內容如有歧義，概以英文版為準。

(B) MANHATTAN信用卡淘寶網®高達5%現金回贈條款及細則:
1.	客戶需於推廣期內完成合資格簽賬方可享受合資格簽賬金額的現金回贈（「現金回贈」）。現金回贈將以合資格單一簽賬金額乘以指定之現金回贈百分率計算，單一簽賬HK$500或以上，可獲5﹪現金回贈，其餘單一簽賬HK$500以下金額可獲3%現金回贈。現金回贈金額將計至小數位後兩個位的港元為單位。合資格適用信用卡之主卡及附屬卡的累積簽賬將合併計算。客戶之合資格信用卡賬戶於整個推廣期內最多可獲贈HK$300現金回贈。
2.	透過此推廣計劃所獲贈之現金回贈將於2012年10月31日或之前存入客戶之有關合資格適用信用卡賬戶並顯示於信用卡月結單上。

(C) 「100%現金回贈抽獎活動」條款及細則:
1.	「100%現金回贈抽獎活動」的抽獎機會以推廣期內合資格的簽賬數目計算。例如於推廣期內進行一次合資格的簽賬將獲一個抽獎機會，於推廣期內進行兩次合資格的簽賬將獲兩個抽獎機會，如此類推。
2.	「100%現金回贈抽獎活動」的得獎者(1名)可獲贈於推廣期內合資格簽賬的100%現金回贈，最多可獲贈HK$10,000。得獎者將於2012年11月15日或之前獲得書面通知，所獲贈之現金回贈將於2012年11月30日或之前存入客戶之有關合資格適用信用卡賬戶並顯示於信用卡月結單上。

Terms and Conditions of Up to 5% Cash Rebate and 100% Cash Rebate Lucky Draw at Taobao® (the “Promotion”):
(A) General Terms and Conditions:
1.	The promotion period is from 6 July 2012 to 31 August 2012 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2.	To be eligible for the Promotion, Cardholders are required to settle payment with credit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"), including MANHATTAN Credit Card or MANHATTAN Co-branded Card (the "Applicable Credit Card").
3.	To be eligible for the Promotion, Cardholders must register their respective Applicable Credit Card accounts via manhattancard.com anytime between 9:00am of the first day and 11:59pm of the last day of the Promotion Period. Cardholders will be given a reference number upon successful registration.
4.	To be eligible for the promotion, Cardholders are required to make online transaction with the Applicable Credit Card on www.taobao.com. Other transactions not regarded as Eligible Transactions include unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified and any unauthorized transactions.The Bank reserves the right to decide the eligibility of transactions.
5.	Cardholders who successfully registered as stipulated in clause (A)3 above will be enrolled to both rebate schemes under the Promotion – “Up to 5% Cash Rebate” & “100% Cash Rebate Lucky Draw”.
6.	Cardholders must register and confirm with “Verified by VISA” or “MasterCard® SecureCode™ to complete the transaction.
7.	Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
8.	The Applicable Credit Card account must be valid, non-delinquent and in good financial standing when the cash rebate is to be credited. The cash rebate amount cannot be drawn as cash advance, is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot offset credit card payment.
9.	The Bank will verify transaction record to confirm Cardholders' eligibility for the Promotion. In case of discrepancy between the Bank's computer record and details recorded on the credit card sales slip, the Bank's computer record shall prevail.
10.	If Cardholders have cancelled any related transactions which had been included in calculating for the Promotion after the cash rebate has been credited to the Cardholder's Applicable Credit Card account, the Bank has the right to debit the amount equivalent to the value of cash rebate from the Applicable Credit Card account without further notice.
11.	Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the products/services purchased. The Bank shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality and the supply.
12.	The Bank and Taobao reserve the right to alter or terminate the Promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
13.	If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

(B) Terms and Conditions of Up to 5% Cash Rebate Offer:
1.	During the Promotion Period, Cardholder will be entitled to receive a designated amount of cash rebate based on the single transaction amount with the registered Applicable Credit Card. 5% cash rebate will be awarded for an eligible single transaction of HK$500 or above. 3% cash rebate will be awarded for an eligible single transaction below HK$500. The cash rebate amount will be rounded up to the nearest 2 decimal places in Hong Kong dollars. Transactions made by the Principal and Supplementary Cardholders of the same Applicable Credit Card account will be counted collectively. Each Applicable Credit Card account is entitled to a maximum of HK$300 cash rebate.
2.	The cash rebate offered under the Up to 5% Cash Rebate Offer will be credited to the respective Applicable Credit Card account on or before 31 October 2012 and will be shown in monthly Credit Card statements.

(C) Terms and Conditions of 100% Cash Rebate Lucky Draw:
1.	The lucky draw chances will be based on the number of eligible transactions made during the Promotion Period. i.e. 1 lucky draw chance for one eligible transaction, 2 chances for 2 eligible transactions and so on.
2.	Winner (1 winner) of “100% Cash Rebate Lucky Draw” will be entitled to 100% cash rebate of eligible transactions made during Promotion Period subject to a maximum amount of HK$10,000. Winner will be notified by letter on or before 15 November 2012. Cash rebate under the lucky draw will be credited to the relevant Applicable Credit Card account on or before 30 November 2012 and will be shown in the relevant monthly Credit Card statement.
