客戶於優惠期內登入www.pizzahut.com.hk/pizzacard啟動Pizza Card，將獲得HK$20 Pizza Hut電子優惠券。HK$20 Pizza Hut電子優惠券即於24小時後自動存入Pizza Card戶口內。Pizza Card會員可於下次惠顧時出示Pizza Card使用(使用有效期為存入戶口1個月內)。有關Pizza Hut電子優惠券之條款及細則可於www.pizzahut.com.hk/pizzacard查閱。 |

客戶須於優惠期內登入www.manhattancard.com，登記使用之信用卡賬戶、新Pizza Card號碼、新Pizza Card啟動密碼及交易金額，方可獲享HK$20 Pizza Hut現金券。成功登記之客戶於完成登記時將獲發一個參考編號，本行會於推廣期後三個月內以平郵方式將HK$20 Pizza Hut現金券寄至合資格客戶的指定信用卡賬戶之通訊地址。Pizza Hut現金券須受有關條款及細則約束，詳情請參閱現金券之背面。 |

所有取消、退款、偽造或未誌賬的交易，均不會計算在簽賬金額內。 |

客戶如在優惠期後三個月仍未收妥現金券，須通知本行；否則，本行恕不承擔有關責任，也不會作任何賠償。 |

本行將經電腦核實客戶之信用卡交易紀錄，方確定客戶於推廣計劃獲享獎賞之資格。若簽賬存根印載的資料與本行存檔紀錄不符，將以本行存檔紀錄為準。 |

如客戶於獲贈獎賞後取消用作計算此推廣計劃的任何有關簽賬，本行有權從客戶有關之適用信用
卡賬戶內扣除相等於獎賞之金額而毋須另行通知。 |

客戶必須保留有關之交易單據及信用卡簽賬存根正本以作核對之用。如有任何爭議，客戶必須提供有關之交易單據及簽賬存根正本，以便本行作進一步調查。所有已遞交之有關文件將不獲發還。 |

客戶明白及接納所有產品/服務並非由渣打銀行(香港)有限公司(「本行」)所提供。因此，有關各項產品/服務的各方面(包括但不限於質素及供應量)，本行理應毋須負上任何法律責任。 |

本行及Pizza Hut 保留隨時更改或終止優惠以及修訂條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議，本行及Pizza Hut將保留最終決定權。 |

| Terms and Conditions of Pizza Card Reward Promotion (the “Promotion”): |

The promotion period is from 9 February 2012 to 31 March 2012 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”). |

Cardholders are required to use MANHTTAN Credit Card to make a single transaction at the Pizza Hut outlets in Hong Kong to purchase HK$500 Pizza Hut cash coupon and become a Pizza Card member, pursuant to the following terms and conditions 3 and 4, to be eligible to receive a total of HK $ 40 Pizza Hut Reward. |

To be eligible to receive HK$20 Pizza Hut e-coupon, Cardholders are required to activate the Pizza Card at www.pizzahut.com.hk/pizzacard during the promotion period. The HK$20 Pizza Hut e-coupon will be awarded into Pizza Card account after 24 hours. The e-coupon can be used by presenting Pizza Card upon next consumption (the effective date will be within 1 month from the reward date). The e-coupon is subject to relevant terms and conditions, for detailed terms and conditions, please refer to www.pizzahut.com.hk/pizzacard. |

To be eligible to receive HK$20 Pizza Hut Cash Coupon, Cardholders are required to register their Applicable Credit Card account, new Pizza Card number, new Pizza Card activation code and transaction amount at www.manhattancard.com during the Promotion Period. Cardholders will be given a reference number upon successful registration of the Promotion. The HK$20 Pizza Hut Cash Coupon will be mailed by ordinary post to the correspondence address of the eligible Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card Account within 3 months after the Promotion Period. The Pizza Hut Coupon is subject to relevant terms and conditions, for detailed terms and conditions, please refer to overleaf of the Cash Coupon. |

Other transactions without sales slip and any unauthorized transaction are not eligible for the offers. |
| 6. |
Each registered Applicable Credit Card is entitled to enjoy the offer once during the Promotion period. Transactions made by the Principal and Supplementary Cardholders of the same Applicable Credit Card account will be counted collectively. |
| 7. |
Cardholders shall notify the Bank if they do not receive the Cash Coupon 3 months after the Promotion Period; otherwise, the Bank accepts no liability and will not be liable for any compensation. |
| 8. |
To be eligible for the Promotion, the Applicable Credit Card Account must be valid and in good financial standing at the time of dispatching the Cash Coupon; otherwise the offer will be forfeited. |
| 9. |
The Bank will verify the transaction record to confirm Cardholders’ eligibility under the Promotion. In case of discrepancy between the Bank’s computer record and details recorded on the credit card sales slips, the Bank’s computer record shall prevail. |
| 10. |
If Cardholder has cancelled any related transaction which had been included in calculating for the Promotion after the receipt of the reward, the Bank has the right to debit the equivalent value of the reward as an administration fee from the Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card Account without further notice. |
| 11. |
Cardholders are required to keep the original credit card sales slips for inspection. In case of disputes, Cardholders are required to present the relevant original sales receipt(s) and credit card sales slip(s) for further investigation by the Bank. All relevant documents submitted to the Bank will not be returned. |
| 12. |
Cardholders understand and accept that Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") is not the supplier of the products/services purchased. The Bank shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of the products/services including, without limitation, their quality and the supply. |
| 13. |
The Bank and Pizza Hut reserve the right to alter or terminate the above offers and amend the terms and conditions at any time. All matters or disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Bank and Pizza Hut. |
| 14. |
If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
