MANHATTAN Platinum信用卡 – 迎新獎賞條款及細則:
1. 此迎新獎賞適用於2010年3月31日或以前透過電話或遞交表格並成功申請MANHATTAN Platinum信用卡之主卡申請人。
2. 主卡客戶須於MANHATTAN Platinum信用卡獲發出後首個月內,憑新批核之MANHATTAN Platinum信用卡簽賬一次,方可獲贈1,000「亞洲萬里通」里數迎新獎賞。
3. 主卡客戶須於MANHATTAN Platinum信用卡獲發出後首兩個月內,憑新批核之MANHATTAN Platinum信用卡簽賬滿HK$3,800或以上,方可獲贈3,000「亞洲萬里通」里數迎新獎賞。
4. 於本推廣計劃,每位主卡客戶最多可獲贈4,000「亞洲萬里通」里數。
5. 合資格之簽賬包括零售購物簽賬及現金透支(包括本地及海外)、網上購物、郵購、電話購物、自動轉賬、各分期付款計劃之每月供款及八達通自動增值。年費、財務費用、結餘轉賬、「信用額自由使」兌現分期計劃、所有分期付款購物之全部貸款、「乜都得分期」之供款及手續費、兌換籌碼及透過電話理財及網上繳稅均不被包括為及不被歸納為合資格簽賬。所有未誌賬 / 取消 / 退款 / 偽造 / 未經許可的交易,均不會計算在簽賬金額內。
6. 客戶須透過網站www.standardchartered.com.hk(「網站」)提供其「亞洲萬里通」會員號碼,方可獲贈迎新獎賞。渣打銀行(香港)有限公司(「本行」)將於2010年4月以書面通知合資格客戶有關登記「亞洲萬里通」會員號碼及換領里數獎賞之詳情。
7. 迎新獎賞將於2010年6月30日或以前自動存入客戶所提供之「亞洲萬里通」賬戶。客戶如於2010年5月31日或以前未能提供有效之「亞洲萬里通」會員號碼,本行將不會贈予里數,並將分別以15,000及45,000簽賬積分以代替1,000及3,000「亞洲萬里通」里數獎賞。
8. 迎新獎賞不可轉讓,退換或兌換現金。
9. MANHATTAN Platinum信用卡賬戶必須於存入「亞洲萬里通」里數或簽賬積分時仍為有效及信用狀況良好,方可獲贈迎新獎賞。
10. 推廣期內,不論成功申請次數多寡,每位主卡客戶只可獲贈迎新獎賞一次。
11. 已獲取迎新獎賞之客戶若在新批核之MANHATTAN Platinum信用卡發出後一年內取消該信用卡,本行保留權利向客戶收取按每張被取消的信用卡計HK$500之行政費用。

13. 本行保留隨時修訂此網頁上所列之內容及所有條款及細則之權利及此推廣計劃的一切爭議之最終決定權。

MANHATTAN Platinum Card Welcome Award Terms and Conditions:
1. The welcome award is applicable to Principal Card applicants who have made an application by phone or submitted reply form and successfully applied for MANHATTAN Platinum Card on or before 31 March 2010.
2. To be eligible for the 1,000 Asia Miles™ welcome award, Principal Cardholder is required to make one transaction with the newly approved MANHATTAN Platinum Card within the first month from the date of card issuance.
3. To be eligible for the 3,000 Asia Miles welcome award, Principal Cardholder is required to spend HK$3,800 or above with the newly approved MANHATTAN Platinum Card within the first 2 months from the date of card issuance.
4. Each Principal Cardholder is entitled to a maximum of 4,000 Asia Miles in this promotion.
5. Eligible transactions include retail purchases and cash advance (including both local and overseas transactions), internet order, mail order, phone order, auto payment, monthly instalment amount and Octopus reload. Annual fee, finance charges, balance transfer amount, "Credit Cash" Instalment Program, any whole amount of instalment purchase, "Anything Goes Instalment" monthly instalment and handling fee, gambling tokens and tax payment via Phone Banking Services or Standard Chartered On-line are excluded. Any unposted / cancelled / refunded / falsified / unauthorised transactions are not included.
6. To be eligible for the welcome awards, Cardholder is required to provide Asia Miles membership number via website www.standardchartered.com.hk ("Website"). Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") will notify eligible Cardholder the details of Asia Miles membership number registration and miles redemption by mail in April 2010.
7. The welcome awards will be credited to Cardholder’s respective Asia Miles membership account on or before 30 June 2010. If Cardholders do not provide the valid Asia Miles membership number on or before 31 May 2010, the Bank will not offer the miles and replace it with 15,000 and 45,000 Bonus Points for 1,000 Asia Miles and 3,000 Asia Miles respectively.
8. The welcome award is not transferable, returnable or redeemable for cash.
9. To be eligible for the welcome award, the MANHATTAN Platinum Card account must be valid and in good financial standing at the time when the Asia Miles or bonus points are credited.
10. Each successful Principal Card applicant will only be entitled to the welcome award once regardless of the number of approved applications they made within the promotion period.
11. If Cardholder who has already obtained the welcome award cancels the new MANHATTAN Platinum Card during the period of one year from the date of new card issuance, the Bank reserves the right to charge the Cardholder an administration cost of HK$500 for each card cancellation.

13. The Bank reserves the right to amend the contents and all the terms and conditions contained in this website at any time. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
14. Cardholder understands and accepts that the Bank is not the supplier of the products / services purchased. The Bank shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of the products / services, including without limitation, their quality and supply.
15. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
