MANHATTAN MasterCard呈獻: ReImagine Leslie Cheung Concert(「音樂會」)門票抽獎活動(「抽獎活動」)之條款及細則:
1. 抽獎活動由2011年12月9日至2012年2月8日止(包括首及尾兩日)及以月結單上之交易日為準(「推廣期」)。所有合資格之簽賬(其定義以第5條細則為準)均需在此推廣期內完成。
2. 此抽獎活動只適用於由渣打銀行 (香港) 有限公司 (「本行」) 發行之MANHATTAN 萬事達信用卡、MANHATTAN id萬事達信用卡、渣打銀行萬事達信用卡及渣打銀行萬事達聯營卡(「指定信用卡」)。
3. 客戶須於推廣期內致電登記熱線2209 5566 或登入網頁www.manhattancard.com,輸入指定信用卡戶口號碼進行登記(「登記」)及參與投票活動(「投票」)。憑指定信用卡於推廣期內每單一簽賬滿HK$800或以上,即獲一次抽獎機會。成功登記之客戶於完成登記及投票時將獲發一個參考編號。
4. MANHATTAN MasterCard呈獻: ReImagine Leslie Cheung Concert門票(「門票」)1,500套將預留作此抽獎活動之獎賞。得獎者共1,500名,其中1,497名可獲門票2張。另外3名得獎者除可獲得門票2張,更可於音樂會當晚與指定演出歌手合照。不論登記次數多寡,每張指定信用卡最多只獲贈門票2張。音樂會門票2張之手續費為2,000 積分,將於2012年2月28日或之前於指定信用卡戶口內扣除。如戶口內沒有足夠積分,本行將扣除HK$20作手續費。
5. 此抽獎活動只適用於推廣期內已誌賬之指定信用卡免息分期之每月供款及已誌賬並附有簽賬存根之指定信用卡本地及海外簽賬交易(「合資格簽賬」)。其他簽賬交易包括但不只限於繳稅、繳交公共事務費用、保險費用、網上繳費、循環付款、自動轉賬、八達通自動増值服務、現金透支、賭場交易、「兌現分期」金額及利息, 結餘轉賬金額及利息、年費、逾期費用、超額費用、手續費、利息、財務費、未誌賬/取消/退款/偽造/未經許可之交易及任何沒有簽賬存根之交易,例如網上購物、郵購、電話訂購及傳真訂購,均不會計算在合資格簽賬金額內。
6. 本行將會根據儲存於本行之交易紀錄,以決定該交易是否合資格計算於抽獎活動。若簽賬存根印載的資料與本行存檔紀錄不符,將以本行存檔紀錄為準。
7. 客戶必須保留有關之交易單據及信用卡簽賬所有存根正本以作核對之用。如有任何爭議,客戶須提供有關之交易單據及簽賬存根正本及/或其他文件或証據,以作核實。所有已遞交之文件將不獲發還。
8. 指定信用卡戶口必須於推廣期內至獲取門票時仍為有效及信用狀況良好,方可享有此抽獎活動之獎賞。若客戶於簽賬年度內曾未能於信用卡戶口之月結單上列明之繳款日期或之前繳付最低款額,本行保留不給予門票之權利。
9. 如客戶於獲取門票後取消用作計算有關此抽獎活動之簽賬以致未能符合簽賬目標,本行有權從客戶之指定信用卡戶口內扣每張獲發門票HK$500手續費,而毋須另行通知。
10. 本行職員均不合資格參加抽獎。
11. 客戶如有任何舞弊或欺詐成份,本行即會取消該客戶之獲取門票資格及其信用卡。本行將保留採取任何法律行動之權利。
12. 得獎客戶將於2012年2月23日或以前收到短訊通知,所有門票將於2012年2月25日或以前以平郵方式郵寄至客戶之通信地址(並不適用於郵寄至澳門地區及中國內地)。如門票於2012年2月28日或以前尚未收到,客戶應在音樂會舉行前一個工作天致電MANHATTAN信用卡客戶務熱線2881 0888 (星期一至五上午9時至晚上6時)辦理補發手續。逾期恕不補發。
13. 座位編排按電腦分配。本行對座位編排及其他爭議保留絕對酌情權。
14. 所有已換領之門票或已發出之門票均不可取消、退還或更換。
15. 憑票入場,每票只限一人,抱括手抱嬰兒。
16. 客戶明白及接納所有產品及服務並非由本行所提供,因此有關產品及服務的各方面(包括但不限於質素及提應量)本行理應毋須負上法律責任。
17. 音樂會如因事故取消,主辦機構將保留退票或改期之權利。
18. 音樂會如有更改,將由主辦機構決定。
19. 本行保留隨時更改或終止此抽獎活動以及修定條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議,本行保留最終決定權。
20. 中英文版之內容如有歧義,概以英文版本為準。

Terms and Conditions of MANHATTAN MasterCard Presents: ReImagine Leslie Cheung Concert (“Concert”) Lucky Draw Promotion (“Lucky Draw”)
1. The Promotion period is from 9 December, 2011 to 8 February, 2012 (both dates inclusive) and based on transaction dates shown on monthly statement (“Promotion Period”). All eligible transactions as defined in Clause 5 must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
2. This Lucky Draw is applicable to cardholders of MANHATTAN MasterCard, MANHATTAN id MasterCard and Standard Chartered MasterCard, Standard Chartered Co-brand MasterCard (“Eligible Card”) issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”).
3. Customers must successfully register via designated registration hotline 2209 5566 or via website www.manhattancard.com during the promotional period and enter the Eligible Card’s number (“Registration”) to be eligible for the Lucky Draw and join the Voting (“Voting”). During the Promotion Period, successful registered customers will be eligible to one Lucky Draw chance for every single transaction of HK$800 or above made with Eligible Card. Customers will receive a reference number upon successful Registration and Voting.
4. 1,500 sets of tickets will be reserved for this Lucky Draw. 1,497 winners get 2 tickets of MANHATTAN MasterCard Presents: ReImagine Leslie Cheung Concert (“Tickets”) and 3 winners will get 2 Tickets and get a chance to take a photo with designated artists after the concert. Each Eligible Card can only be entitled to 2 Tickets, regardless of the number of times of customers register. The handling fee for 2 concert tickets is 2,000 Bonus Points. Bonus Points be deducted from Designated Credit Card account on or before 28 February 2012. In case of insufficient Bonus Point, HK$20 will be deducted as handling fee.
5. Only posted monthly installment of Interest-free Installment Plan and posted local and overseas transactions with physical sales slips made with Designated Credit Card during the Promotion Period are eligible for this Lucky Draw (“Eligible Transactions”). Other transactions including but not limited to tax payments, utilities bill payments, insurance payments, online bill payments, recurring payments, auto payments, Octopus Automatic Add-Value Services, cash advances, casino transactions, principal and interests of Interest-free Installment Plan, balance transfer amount and interests, annual fees, past due charges, over-limit charges, handling fees, interests/finance charges, any unposted/cancelled/refunded/falsified/unauthorized transactions and any transactions without physical sales slips such as online purchases, mail orders, phone orders and fax orders are not eligible for this Lucky Draw.
6. The Bank will determine the eligibility of Customer for participating in the Lucky Draw based on the Customer’s transaction record held with the Bank. In case of disputes, record held with the Bank shall prevail.
7. Customers are required to keep the relevant original sales receipts and credit card sales slips for inspection upon request by the Bank. In case of disputes, Customers are required to submit the relevant original sale receipts, credit card sales slips and/or relevant documents or proofs for further investigation by the Bank. All relevant documents submitted to the Bank will not be returned.
8. Designated Credit Card accounts should remain valid and in good financial standing during the Promotion Period and at the time of fulfilment in order to be eligible for this Lucky Draw. The Bank reserves the right to refuse to issue or honour any offset amount if the Cardholder has ever failed to pay on or before the relevant due date any Minimum Payment Dues specified in the monthly statement of Credit Card account issued in the Billing Year.
9. If Customers have cancelled or reversed any related transactions which had been included in calculating for the spending, the Bank has the right to debit HK$500 per ticket from Designated Credit Card Account as administration fee without prior notice.
10. Employees of the Bank are not eligible for participating in the Lucky Draw
11. Fraud and abuse will result in the forfeiture of a Customer’s eligibility to participate in this Lucky Draw as well as cancellation of a Customer’s credit card(s). The Bank further reserves the right to take legal action in such instances.
12. The Concert will be held on 1 March 2012. Winners will receive SMS notification on or before 23 February, 2012, and all tickets will be mailed to customer correspondence address by surface mail on or before 25 February, 2012. (not applicable to Macau and mainland China). In the event of lost of non-received ticket(s) by 28 February, 2012, customers should contact MANHATTAN Card Customer Services Hotline 2881 0888 (Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm) at least one working day before the Concert date to re-issue the ticket(s). Ticket(s) will not be re-issued if there is any delay.
13. Seats will be allocated by computer system. The Bank reserves the right to make the final decision on seating arrangement in case of dispute.
14. Ticket is not transferable, returnable or redeemable for cash.
15. Ticket is required for admission. One ticket per person, including infant child.
16. Customers understand and accept that the Bank is neither the organiser nor the supplier of the products/services offered in this Lucky Draw. The Bank shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of products/services including, without limitation, their quality and the supply.
17, If the Concert is cancelled, the organiser(s) reserved the right to amend the show date.
18. In the case of any change(s) of the MANHATTAN the Concert, the organiser(s) reserve the right of the final decision.
19. The Bank reserves the right to alter or terminate this Lucky Draw and amend the terms and conditions at any time. All matters or disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Bank.
20. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
