| Manhattan白金卡及Manhattan id白金卡「陳奕迅在陌生人的皮膚下品嚐大氣音樂會」推廣計劃 (「推廣計劃」) 之條款及細則: |

本推廣計劃之推廣期由2011年1月28日至2011年3月4日(「推廣期」)。

本推廣計劃只適用於Manhattan 白金信用卡及Manhattan id白金信用卡 (「合資格之信用卡」)。 |
| 3. |
於推廣期內，客戶憑合資格之信用卡簽賬及成功於www.manhattancard.com填妥指定網上登記表格，最高簽賬之首300名客戶可獲贈「陳奕迅在陌生人的皮膚下品嚐大氣音樂會」門票1套2張(簽賬額達港幣5,000元或以上)(「獎賞」)。每張門票手續費爲港幣25元(「手續費」)。 |
| 4. |
手續費將於2011年4月30日或以前於有關指定信用卡賬戶號碼過賬並顯示於下一個月的月結單上。如客戶登記多於一個信用卡賬戶號碼，手續費將於第一個登記賬戶號碼過賬，而過賬時賬戶必須有效及信用狀況良好。 |
| 5. |
如多於一位客戶有相同簽賬額，獎賞將依照本行之網上登記記錄贈予首位最先成功網上登記之客戶。 |
| 6. |
客戶必須以主卡持卡人之名義登記。 |
| 7. |
同一客戶最多可用3張合資格之信用卡簽賬，所有合資格的簽賬將會一同計算為累積簽賬。 |
| 8. |
只有在推廣期內完成及已誌賬之簽賬方可參加推廣計劃。 |
| 9. |
合資格簽賬包括零售購物簽賬(包括本地及海外)、網上購物、自動轉賬、繳交公共事務費用、保費、各分期付款購物計劃之每月供款(已誌賬)、月結單分期計劃/「兌現分期」計劃/「信用額兌現」計劃之每月供款(已誌賬)、現金透支及八達通增值。 |

不合資格簽賬包括結餘轉賬、兌籌碼、年費、手續費、財務費用、分期付款購物之全數及透過電話理財及網上交稅。所有取消/退款/偽造/未誌賬/未經許可的交易，均不會被計算在合資格簽賬內。 |
| 11. |
如客戶於獲享免費獎賞後取消用作計算累積簽賬的任何有關簽賬，本行有權從客戶之信用卡賬戶內扣除有關之分數而毋須另行通知。 |
| 12. |
最高簽賬之300名客戶之得獎結果將於3月15日或以前於www.manhattancard.com公佈。得獎客戶將於2011年3月15日或以前收到短訊通知，門票將於2011年3月18日或以前以平郵方式郵寄至客戶之通信地址。 |
| 13. |
座位編排按最高簽賬額先後次序分配，門票數量有限，先到先得。本行對座位編排及其他爭議保留絕對酌情權。 |
| 14. |
如門票於2011年3月18日或以前遺失或尚未收到，客戶應在音樂會舉行前一個工作天致電Manhattan信用卡客戶服務熱線2881 0888(星期一至五上午9時至晚上6時)辦理補發手續。逾期恕不補發，而所扣除之手續費及積分恕不退還。 |
| 15. |
所有已換領之門票或已發出之門票均不可取消、退還或更換。 |
| 16. |
客戶明白及接納本行並非“陳奕迅在陌生人的皮膚下品嚐大氣音樂會”（「音樂會」）之主辦機構以及所有產品及服務並非由本行所提供，因此，有關產品或服務的各方面(包括但不限於質素及供應量)，本行理應毋須負上任何法律責任。 |
| 17. |
音樂會如因事故取消，主辦機構將保留退票或改期之權利。 |
| 18. |
音樂會如有更改，將由主辦機構決定。 |
| 19. |
所有門票不設公開發售。 |
| 20. |
本行保留隨時更改或終止推廣計劃以及修訂條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議，本行將保留最終決定權。 |
| 21. |
中英文版本之內容如有歧義，概以英文版本為準。 |

| Terms and Conditions for MANHATTAN Platinum and MANHATTAN id Platinum Credit Card "Eason Chan mini concert tickets" Promotion (the "Promotion"): |
| 1. |
The Promotion Period is from 28 January 2011 to 4 March 2011 (the "Promotion Period"). |
| 2. |
The Promotion is only applicable to MANHATTAN Platinum and MANHATTAN id Platinum Credit Card ("Applicable Credit Card"). |
| 3. |
The first 300 Cardholders with highest spending amount on Applicable Credit Card(s), who successfully complete the designated Online Registration Form at www.manhattancard.com within Promotion Period (and spend a minimum amount of HK$5,000) will be entitled to a set of two “Eason Chan TtA+SUMS Mini Live” tickets (“the Reward”). The handling fee is HK$25 per ticket ("handling fee"). |
| 4. |
The handling fee will be debited from Cardholder's Applicable Credit Card on or before 30 April, 2011 and will be shown in next monthly statement. If Cardholders register with more than one credit card account number, the first registered account number will be used to deduct the handling fee. Cardholders must ensure the relevant credit card account is valid and in good financial standing when the handling fee is deducted. |
| 5. |
If more than one Cardholders have the same spending amount, the first Cardholder who submitted a successful online registration according to the record of the Bank will be eligible for the Reward. |
| 6. |
Cardholder name to be registered in the Online Registration Form must be the Principal Cardholder. |
| 7. |
Spending with more than 1 Applicable Credit Card under the same cardholder will be counted. Each Cardholder can accumulate spending with maximum of 3 Applicable Credit Cards. |
| 8. |
Only transactions with transaction and posted dates falling within the Promotion Period are eligible for the Promotion. |
| 9. |
Eligible transactions includes retail purchases (both local and overseas), internet order, auto payment, utilities bill payment, insurance payment, posted monthly purchase instalment amount, credit-to-cash plan, cash advances and Octopus reloaded. |
| 10. |
Ineligible transactions includes balance transfer amount, gambling tokens, annual fee, handling fee, financial charges, whole amount of instalment purchase price and tax payment via Phone Baking Services or Standard Chartered On-line. Any cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unposted/ unauthorized transactions are not included. |
| 11. |
If Cardholders have cancelled any related transaction which had been included in calculating for the Promotion after redemption of the Reward, The Bank has the right to debit the relevant bonus points from Cardholder’s Credit Card Account without further notice. |
| 12. |
The result of the top 300 spending cardholders who win the Reward will be announced in www.manhattancard.com on or before 15 March, 2011. The winners will also be notified by SMS on or before 15 March, 2011. The tickets will be sent by ordinary post to cardholder’s correspondence address on or before 18 March, 2011. |
| 13. |
Seat is allocated by the highest spending amount sequence and on first-come-first served basis. The Bank reserved the final right on the seating arrangement and other dispute. |
| 14. |
In the event of lost or non-received ticket(s) by 18 Mar, 2011, Cardholder should contact MANHATTAN Card Customer Services Hotline 2881 0888 (Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm) at least one working day before the concert date. |
| 15. |
The tickets are not transferable, returnable or redeemable for cash. |
| 16. |
Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is neither the organizer of the “Eason Chan mini-concert” (“the Concert”) nor the supplier of the products/ service offered in this Promotion. The Bank shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of products/ services including, without limitation, their quality and the supply. |
| 17. |
If the Concert is cancelled, the organizer(s) reserved the right to amend the show date. |
| 18. |
In the case of any change(s) of the Concert, the organizer(s) reserve the right of the final decision. |
| 19. |
All tickets are not for public sale. |
| 20. |
The Bank reserves the right to alter or terminate the Promotion and amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final and conclusive. |
| 21. |
If there is any inconsistency and conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail for all purpose. |
