| 3. |
「5天免費全球旅遊保險」迎新獎賞之旅遊保險申請表格將於客戶符合簽賬要求後2個月內郵寄至合資格主卡客戶之通訊地址。合資格主卡客戶必須於香港及於2011年5月14日或之前出發，而旅遊保險申請表格更須於2011年4月14日前及出發日期前最少7個工作天傳真該表格至2282
3414或致電24小時旅遊投保熱線2881 0888(選擇語言後請按#、6、2)，申請享用此迎新獎賞。有關接納申請之確認信及由承保有關保險之安達保險有限公司(「ACE」)發出之保障表，將會於成功申請後7個工作天內郵寄予主卡客戶。 |

合資格之簽賬包括零售購物簽賬及現金透支（包括本地及海外）、網上購物、郵購、電話購物、自動轉賬、各分期付款計劃之每月供款及八達通自動增值。年費、財務費用、結餘轉賬、「信用額自由使」兌現分期計劃、所有分期付款購物之全部貸款、「乜都得分期」之供款及手續費、兌換籌碼及透過電話理財及網上繳稅均不被包括為及不被歸納為合資格簽賬。所有未誌賬

「亞洲萬里通」里數迎新獎賞將於2011年1月31日或以前自動存入主卡客戶所提供之「亞洲萬里通」賬戶。主卡客戶如於2011年1月7日或以前未能提供有效之「亞洲萬里通」會員號碼，本行將不會贈予里數，並將以45,000簽賬積分以代替3,000「亞洲萬里通」里數獎賞。 |

迎新獎賞不可轉讓，退換或兌換現金。 |

MANHATTAN Platinum信用卡賬戶必須於存入「亞洲萬里通」里數或簽賬積分時或「5天免費全球旅遊保險」確認時仍為有效及信用狀況良好，方可獲贈迎新獎賞。 |

推廣期內，不論成功申請次數多寡，每位主卡客戶只可獲贈迎新獎賞一次。 |

已獲取迎新獎賞之主卡客戶若在新批核之MANHATTAN Platinum 信用卡發出後一年內取消該信用卡，本行保留權利向主卡客戶收取按每張被取消的信用卡計HK$500之行政費用。 |

| MANHATTAN Platinum Card Welcome Award Terms
and Conditions: |
| 1. |
The welcome awards are applicable to Principal Card
applicants of MANHATTAN Platinum Card who have made an application
by phone or submitted reply form and successfully applied for MANHATTAN
Platinum Card on or before 30 September 2010 ("Principal Cardholder"). |
| 2. |
To be eligible for the Complimentary 5-day Worldwide Travel Insurance
welcome award, Principal Cardholder is required to make one transaction
with the newly approved MANHATTAN Platinum Card within the first
month from the date of card issuance. |
| 3. |
An application form for the Complimentary 5-day Worldwide Travel
Insurance welcome award will be sent to the eligible Principal Cardholder's
mailing address within 2 months of fulfilling the spending requirement.
Departure must be from Hong Kong and departure date must be on or
before 14 May 2011. Principal Cardholder is required to submit the
application form by facsimile via 2282 3414 or calling our 24-hour
Travel Insurance Enrollment Hotline at 2881 0888 (press #, 6, 2
after selecting the language) on or before 14 April 2011 and at
least 7 working days before the departure date. A letter of confirmation
and Benefit Table as prepared by ACE Insurance Limited ("ACE"),
the underwriter of the relevant insurance, will be sent to Principal
Cardholder within 7 working days upon acceptance of the application.

To be eligible for the 3,000 Asia Miles welcome award, Principal
Cardholder is required to spend HK$3,800 or above with the newly
approved MANHATTAN Platinum Card within the first 2 months from
the date of card issuance. |
| 5. |
Each Principal Cardholder is entitled to a maximum of 3,000 Asia
Miles in this promotion. |
| 6. |
To be eligible for the 3,000 Asia Miles welcome award, Principal
Cardholder is required to provide Asia Miles membership number via
website www.manhattancard.com ("Website"). Standard Chartered Bank
(Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") will notify eligible Principal
Cardholder the details of Asia Miles membership number registration
and miles redemption in December 2010. |
| 7. |
Eligible transactions include retail purchases and cash advance
(including both local and overseas transactions), internet order,
mail order, phone order, auto payment, monthly instalment amount
and Octopus reload. Annual fee, finance charges, balance transfer
amount, "Credit Cash" Instalment Program, any whole amount of instalment
purchase, "Anything Goes Instalment" monthly instalment and handling
fee, gambling tokens and tax payment via Phone Banking Services
or Standard Char tered On-line transactions are excluded. Any unposted
/ cancelled / refunded / falsified / unauthorised transactions are
not included. |
| 8. |
The Asia Miles welcome award will be credited to Principal Cardholder's
respective Asia Miles membership account on or before 31 January
2011. If Principal Cardholder fails to provide the valid Asia Miles
membership number on or before 7 January 2011, the Bank will not
offer the miles and replace with 45,000 Bonus Points for 3,000 Asia
Miles. |
| 9. |
The welcome awards are not transferable, returnable or redeemable
for cash. |
| 10. |
To be eligible for the welcome awards, the MANHATTAN Platinum
Card account must be valid and in good financial standing at the
time when the Asia Miles or bonus points are credited and when the
complimentary 5-day worldwide Travel Insurance is confirmed. |
| 11. |
Each successful Principal Card applicant will only be entitled
to the welcome awards once regardless of the number of approved
applications they made within the promotion period. |
| 12. |
If Principal Cardholder who has already obtained the welcome
awards cancels the new MANHATTAN Platinum Card during the period
of one year from the date of new card issuance, the Bank reserves
the right to charge the Principal Cardholder an administration cost
of HK$500 for each card cancellation. |
| 13. |

The Bank reserves the right to amend the contents and all the
terms and conditions contained in this promotional leaflet at any
time. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final. |

Cardholder understands and accepts that the Bank is not the supplier
of the products / services purchased. The Bank shall have no legal
liability relating to any aspect of the products / services, including
without limitation, their quality and supply. |
| 3. |
If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English
and the Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail. |
