to eligible MANHATTAN Platinum Cardholder's Asia Miles
membership account only if the Asia Miles membership
account provided above is verified correct by Standard
Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"). |

Cardholders should ensure the information provided
above is correct. The Bank reserves no liability for
any loss incurred by cardholders should the cardholders
provide incorrect or invalid information. |

If Cardholders register with the same credit card
account more than once, the first registration record
shall prevail. |

The Asia Miles will be credited to the cardholders'
Asia Miles membership account on or before 31 January 2011
