Terms & Conditions for Breeze Mobile Banking offer:
1. Promotion Period is from 1 January to 31 March 2014, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. The promotion is applicable to customers of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) who have never registered Breeze Mobile iPhone / Android App or m.sc.com/hk (“BREEZE”) before the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customers”).
3. To be eligible for the HK$20 cash coupon (the “Coupon”), Eligible Customers must first register on our website and download BREEZE and log in successfully during Promotion Period.
4. Each Eligible Customer is eligible for the Coupon once only. The Coupon will be mailed to Eligible Customers on or before 30 May 2014. To be eligible for the Coupon, the Eligible Customer must remain as a customer of the Bank when the Coupon is sent out.
5. The Coupon is not returnable or redeemable for cash. Usage of the Coupon is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the supplier. The Bank is not the supplier of the Coupon and gives no guarantee to the quality of goods or services and does not accept any responsibility or any liability arising in conjunction with its use.
6. The Bank reserves the right to alter or terminate the promotion and amend the applicable terms and conditions at any time. In case of disputes, the Bank’s decision shall be final and binding.
7. In the event of inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
