渣打白金信用卡「自動獎賞」計劃條款及細則
(1) 渣打白金信用卡「自動獎賞」計劃(「計劃」)根據以下條款及細則由渣打銀行(香港)有限公司(「本行」)自2011年5月1日提供予渣打白金信用卡及渣打醫管局白金信用卡持卡人(「持卡人」)。
(2) 有關之渣打白金信用卡及渣打醫管局白金信用卡戶口(「戶口」)必須於存入獎賞時仍為有效及信用狀況良好,方可享有此計劃。若持卡人曾未能於渣打白金信用卡及渣打醫管局白金信用卡(「信用卡」)戶口之月結單上列明的繳款日期或之前繳付最低還款額,本行保留不給予獎賞之權利。
(3) 信用卡之主卡及附屬卡之簽賬將合併計算簽賬積分及有關之積分換領。
(4) 計算積分之方法、準則及使用積分之方法由本行釐定,並不時修改。如有任何爭議,本行將保留最終決定權。
(5) 計劃不適用於已選擇使用現金回贈計劃之持卡人。若持卡人同時合資格獲取本行之其他優惠,本行保留權利只給予持卡人其中一項或以上之優惠。
(6) 本行保留隨時更改或終止此計劃及/或不時修訂條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議,本行將保留最終決定權。
(7) 主卡持卡人必須先於本行網頁或指定熱線登記有關戶口,方可參加「自動獎賞」計劃。
(8) 於「自動獎賞」計劃下,本行將於當季從已登記的持卡人之信用卡戶口內扣除等值於HK$100現金禮券之積分(如適用)作「自動獎賞」計劃換領之用途。上述積分由本行釐定,並隨時更改而毋須另行通知。HK$100現金禮券由本行之特選商戶發出。本行將於當季後之2個月內寄出有關現金禮券或換領信。
(9) 換領信根據第8條款發出,有效期及/ 或條款及細則將列明於信上,透過「自動獎賞」計劃換領之現金禮券會有限定有效期及/ 或受有關商戶之條款及細則所限制。現金禮券之產品/ 服務並非由本行所提供,因此有關各項產品/服務的各方面(包括但不限於質素及供應量),本行理應毋須負上任何法律責任。
(10) 本行保留隨時更改特選商戶之權利,而毋須另行通知。

Standard Chartered Platinum Credit Card “Hassle-Free Redemption” Program Terms and Conditions
(1) The Standard Chartered Platinum Credit Card “Hassle-Free Redemption” Program (“Program”) is offered by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Bank”) to Standard Chartered Platinum Credit Cardholders and Standard Chartered Hospital Authority Platinum Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) starting from 1 May 2011 upon the following terms and conditions.
(2) To be eligible for the Program, the Cardholder’s Standard Chartered Platinum and Standard Chartered Hospital Authority Platinum Credit Card Account (“Account”) must be valid and in good financial standing at the time when the Bonus Points offered under the relevant Scheme is credited to the Account. The Bank reserves the right to refuse to credit or honour any Bonus Points if the relevant Cardholder fails once or more to pay on or before the relevant due date any Minimum Payment Due under the relevant Standard Chartered Platinum and Standard Chartered Hospital Authority Platinum Credit Card (“Card”).
(3) Spending of or Bonus Points earned by the Principal and any relevant Supplementary Cardholder(s) will be grouped together for monthly spending computation and redemption purposes under the Program.
(4) The method and criteria used to compute Bonus Points or effect Bonus Point redemption is decided and subject to the sole discretion of the Bank, and may be reviewed by the Bank from time to time. In case of any dispute, the Bank’s decision shall be final and binding.
(5) Cardholders who have opted for the Cash Back Scheme are not eligible for the Program. In the event that the Cardholder is also entitled to any another prevailing promotion offer(s) of the Bank, the Bank reserves the right to provide only one or some of the offer(s) at its absolute discretion.
(6) The Bank reserves the right to terminate the Program and to vary or modify any of the Program Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the Bank’s decision shall be final and binding.
(7) Cardholder (or as the case may be, Principal Cardholder) who wishes to participate in the Hassle-Free Redemption Scheme must have first successfully registered the respective Account(s) at the Bank’s website or designated hotline.
(8) Under the Hassle-Free Redemption Scheme, by the end of each yearly quarter, Bonus Points in an amount equivalent for redeeming a HK$100 cash voucher within the registered Cardholder’s Account will automatically be debited for redemption of a HK$100 cash voucher issued by the Bank’s selected merchant. Such amount of Bonus Points to be debited will be determined according to the conversion rate as designated by the Bank and subject to change from time to time. The relevant cash voucher(s) or redemption letter (if any) will be sent to Cardholder within 2 months after the end of the yearly quarter.
(9) If a redemption letter is issued under clause (8), the redemption letter will be subject to an expiry date and/or other terms and conditions specified in the letter. Use of any of the cash voucher redeemed under the Hassle-Free Redemption Scheme may also be subject to an expiry date and/or the relevant merchant’s terms and conditions. The Bank is not the supplier of any product or service related to the cash voucher and shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of such related product or service including, without limitation, their quality, availability and supply.
(10) The Bank may change the selected merchant(s) from time to time without notice.
   
If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
